Checking in for your Tour
Plan to arrive at the Pentagon Metro entrance 60 minutes before your scheduled tour to allow time for your group to process through building security. Present a copy of your tour confirmation e-mail and identification for each group member to the Pentagon Police personnel. Once you have cleared security, proceed into the building and turn left to find the Pentagon Tours window, which is located inside the Pentagon Visitor's Center in the visitor waiting area. The check-in for all tours is at the Pentagon Tours window unless special arrangements for pickup at another building location have been made in advance. Your tour may be cancelled if your group has not checked in at the Pentagon Tours window prior to your scheduled tour time.
